Title and Summary
Senior Specialist, Product Operations
The Senior Specialist, Product Operations plays a crucial role in supporting the product operations team by ensuring the smooth execution of product-related processes and initiatives. Reporting to the Product Operations Manager, this role focuses on operational activities, data analysis, and process improvements to enhance product performance and customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures that operating, customer, and market readiness requirements are met for products, product enhancements and product features
- Help drive tangible data-driven product performance outcomes at the program level. Manage a quantified scorecard, continuously monitor and analyze key performance indicators.
- Monitors business processes and standards to ensure a controlled global operating environment consistent with profitability standards in their area of responsibility.
- Participate in cross-functional teams including Delivery and Servicing teams (i.e., GCD&C, Biz Ops) to ensure products have a best-in-class servicing experience.
- Partner with GCD&C and Biz Ops to build and monitor product performance dashboards and drive ongoing product enhancements focused on product availability, scalability, resilience, redundancy, and responsiveness
- Collaborates regularly with cross-functional team members, external partners and external Clients in support of delivering on a new market set-up
- Collaborates regularly with external partners to monitor operational processes
- Enhance external Clients experience by operational support of offered products and services
Required Experience:
- A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
- Proficiency in data analysis, quality assurance, and market research. Experience with product management tools and software.
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
