At the heart of our work is the seamless orchestration of external events, roundtables, forums, consultations, and other global policy gatherings—each designed to drive meaningful outcomes and reinforce our leadership and expertise across the security public policy space, including geopolitical, cybersecurity, resilience, and threat intelligence. Through exceptional logistics and operations management, we ensure impactful stakeholder engagement and flawless execution of key security policy initiatives.
Reporting directly to the VP of Global Security Policy, the Manager will sit in the Singapore Fusion Center and provides specialized leadership in logistics and operations across all global security policy, diplomacy, advocacy, and engagement activities. Working in a fast-paced environment, this role demands detail-oriented multitasking and strong organizational skills to successfully drive the execution of simultaneous high-profile policy events and executive-level stakeholder meetings, guiding them from conception to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Leading comprehensive logistics and operations management for the Global Security Policy Team—including executive brief development, event planning, scheduling, travel arrangements, attendee outreach, content curation, policy research, internal coordination, vendor relationships, compliance, and on-site execution for policy events, roundtables, forums, and other engagements.
- Engaging closely with internal business units—including Government Affairs & Policy, Security Solutions, Corporate Security, Communications, Strategic Growth, Regulatory Affairs, and other relevant teams—to align priorities, policy advocacy objectives, and cross-functional projects, as required.
- Advising an internal network of cross-functional stakeholders on our security policy advocacy strategy, strategic partnerships, and active external engagements.
- Maintaining a strategic calendar of global security policy events, monitoring the policy and geopolitical landscape as it pertains to these events, and producing regular executive briefings with the VP to synchronize logistics, operations, policy content, and related activities across the organization.
- Supporting the VP in driving regional-global coordination by facilitating communication, harmonizing policy efforts, and enabling effective collaboration between regional teams and global stakeholders through expertly planned forums, meetings, and events.
- Cultivating global public-private partnerships and supporting relationship management with governments, industry associations, NGOs, and multilateral organizations by delivering expertly coordinated and communicated strategic engagements.
- Providing high-level administrative and operational support to the VP of Global Security Policy, ensuring effective management of executive leadership priorities and core departmental activities with an unwavering commitment to excellence.
Requirements:
- Highly organized, with a proven track record in managing multiple priorities, leading workstreams, and driving tasks to completion within clear timelines – supported by strong task management skills and a detail-oriented approach.
- Proactive in creating, maintaining, and executing structured action plans; independently tracking deadlines; and keeping workstreams on schedule by maintaining to-do lists, priorities, and follow-ups.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills with experience drafting executive-level policy briefs, event plans, internal updates, and post-engagement analyses that communicate impact and value concisely.
- Baseline understanding of international affairs and global security policy topics in cybersecurity, resilience, and threat intelligence.
- Expert relationship management skills, adept at engaging external stakeholders, vendors, and partners in the context of event delivery, and working collaboratively with internal cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
- Sharp understanding of how business, technology, and public policy intersect with the operational rigor required for successful senior-level engagement delivery with public and private partners.
- Agility and resilience to respond and communicate effectively to urgent, unexpected developments across time zones, given the global nature of the role.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and genuine enthusiasm for logistics and operations, thriving in fast-paced, cross-functional, and international environments.
