  • Review final model and business cases with Management and seek internal approval. This includes (but is not limited to) benchmark against similar proposals, identification of risks, discussion on unique issues (e.g., other impacted areas, unique characteristics of portfolio, etc.)• Active participant in deal committee, ensuring process is carried through Major Accountabilities:o Reviews final model and business cases with Management and seeks internal approval. This includes (but is not limited to) benchmark against similar proposals, identification of risks, discussion on unique issues (e.g., other impacted areas of MC, unique characteristics of portfolio, proposed sales strategy)o Responsible for contract monitoring, incentive reporting and tracking across the Geo North division of the LAC regiono Interacts with customers and account managers on incentive deal performanceo Coordinates and consolidates forecasts and budgets for incentives and contra revenueo Participates in regional quarterly incentive reviewso Assures excellent coordination with Region Controllero Monitor incentive model to calculate monthly accruals/performanceo Calculate, analyze and review incentive paymentso Assists in resolution of issues raised by customer regarding the incentive offer (may result in direct discussions with issuer or customer). This includes creating impact analyses of issuer requests, reviewing with Managemento Reviews drafted contract and ensures incentives agree to the approved business case. Ensures all other terms agree with approved business case (e.g., term, claw backs, customer commitments)o Provides expertise on many cross functional work teams (e.g., assist in quantifying revenue impact for certain initiatives, etc)Experience/Education:Experience Required:o5 to 7 years related financial analysis experience, experience in the bankcard/payment industry a plus Education:o Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent experience in financial analysis and/or deal managemento Bilingual (English-Spanish)Supervision:o Reports to Senior Business Leader of Business Development Finance Competencies and Skills:o Financial analysis and accounting backgroundo Detail orientedo Excellent communication skillso Good understanding of foreign exchange and analysiso Has a good understanding of accounting principles (US GAAP), SEC reporting and Sarbanes Oxleyo Working knowledge of Oracle and Hyperion Corporate Security Responsibility
