Director, Product Management
Position Overview:
The Director, SSO Commercialisation plays a critical leadership role in defining, executing, and scaling the go-to-market and revenue growth strategies for Mastercard’s Security Solutions. This highly visible position requires a strategic thinker with deep knowledge of sales and/or sales enablement. Applicants should have good commercial acumen, and a proven track record of driving business growth in a fast-paced, global and regional environment.
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Asia Pacific development and execution of the sales strategy for Mastercard’s Security Services, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals and market needs.
- Design and implement effective go-to-market plans, including pricing, reporting & analytics, positioning, and channel strategies to maximize adoption and revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities and inform product and service offerings.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive cross-functional alignment and execution.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for commercial initiatives, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Serve as a voice of the customer, ensuring Mastercard’s Security Solutions address real-world challenges and deliver value to clients.
- Represent Mastercard Security Services at industry events, conferences, and with key clients, establishing the company as a leader in security innovation.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in commercial, sales or sales enablement roles within security services, technology, or payments industries.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for complex security products or services.
- Understanding of cybersecurity trends, risks, and regulatory environments.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage high-performing teams in a global matrixed environment.
