Role
As Strategy Analyst working directly with the Strategy VP and Country Manager for Mexico, you will act as an enabler of the country's strategic priorities by driving cross-functional alignment, operational efficiency, and disciplined execution across the LT and broader organization. Serve as an integrator between leadership, key business areas, and corporate functions to ensure progress on Mexico's strategic agenda, while supporting both internal and external engagements that enhance the office's positioning and performance.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Strategic Project Support: Establish direct connections with the leadership team and key stakeholders to drive execution of high-priority initiatives. Maintain structured tracking of strategic projects to ensure progress, efficiency, and timely delivery of results.
  • Leadership Engagement: Prepare high-impact materials for internal and external meetings, including visits from global and regional executives, clients exploring market entry, and internal stakeholders monitoring the office's progress on strategic objectives

Meeting & Communications Management:

o Draft and manage meeting minutes and action follow-up from LT meetings.
o Coordinate strategic touchpoints across relevant business areas to maintain alignment on Mexico's key priorities
o Partner closely with Finance and Communications teams to drive the office agenda, with a dual focus on achieving financial objectives and strengthening internal and external positioning

  • Stakeholder Alignment:
    o Work collaboratively with Sales Excellence and the North Division to align expectations, business goals, risks, opportunities and strategic priorities to accelerate market growth.
    o Support the alignment of internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging and focus on Mexico's most critical business objectives.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure disciplined execution of strategic priorities and foster a culture of accountability, agility, and collaboration across the organization.

Key Competencies:

  • Strategic thinking and ability to connect the dots across complex business areas
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • High attention to detail and disciplined follow-up
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work across functions and hierarchies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Languages:

  • English required
  • Additional languages a plus
