Overview:

Open Finance is transforming financial services across Europe, unlocking new commercial opportunities for banks, fintechs, PSPs, and digital platforms. As part of our Europe Open Finance team, we are seeking a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with strategic customers, ensure successful delivery of Open Banking solutions, and support revenue growth through excellent account stewardship.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, long-lasting relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
  • Client Onboarding and Enablement: Guide clients through onboarding processes and ensure they are equipped to fully leverage Open Banking capabilities by coordinating delivery with internal teams.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor account performance, track key metrics (e.g., usage, revenue, engagement), and prepare regular reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Account Growth: Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and introducing new Open Banking capabilities.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to progress deals, support proposal development, and assist in contract negotiations.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as a problem-solver for client concerns by addressing client concerns promptly and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues effectively.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and technical teams to align client needs with solution capabilities and roadmap priorities.
  • Market Insight: Stay informed about Open Banking trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape to provide informed guidance to clients.

  • All About You• Proven experience in account management, preferably within banking, payments, or fintech sectors.
  • Solid understanding of Open Banking and Open Finance use cases such as payment initiation, and financial data services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams and with senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Fluent in English and ideally one other European language.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Customer-first attitude with a passion for delivering value and driving client success.
