About the Role
As the Digital Learning Program Manager in the Mastercard Academy Core team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development and ongoing management of impactful learning content/solutions on the Mastercard Network, products and services, transforming ideas and needs into engaging, business-aligned learning solutions that elevate knowledge across our global customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to conceptualize, scope, and design online learning solutions, collaborating closely with subject matter experts and development teams across the business. You will guide the design process from initial idea through to final review and sign-off. While development and technical build of the content will be executed by internal or external resources, you will oversee production quality, guide reviews, and maintain the highest standards of learning excellence. Your expertise in the development of digital learning programs will ensure our programs are not only instructionally sound but also creative, interactive, and aligned with strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Program manage the creation of new digital learning resources
- Manage the full lifecycle of content creation, from concept to launch, with a focus on design rather than hands-on development
- Collaborate with colleagues and subject matter experts globally to capture and translate knowledge into effective learning experiences
- Apply the latest learning theories and creative approaches to maximize engagement
- Gather and act on stakeholder feedback to continuously improve learning assets
- Ensure content is refreshed and updated regularly
About You
- Minimum 5 years' experience in digital learning program management with a strong background in learning experience and instructional design
- Deep understanding of learning theory, instructional design principles, and training best practices
- Ability to translate complex technical information into engaging, accessible content
- Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills
- Creative, innovative, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience with Learning Management Systems, authoring tools (Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with AI/media technologies (e.g., Synthesia) is helpful, but hands-on development is not the primary focus of this role
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital/blended learning trends
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
