Lead, Mobile Engineering
Overview:
The Employee Digital Experience team is looking for a Lead, Enterprise Operations to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.
All About You:
The Lead, Mobile Device Engineer (MDM) at Mastercard is responsible for enhancing the customer experience through innovative solutions in mobile device management. This role involves administration of various mobile device management systems, managing relationships with carriers, and overseeing global mobile refresh projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and a passion for improving user experiences while ensuring security and efficiency in mobile operations.
Responsibilities:
- Administration of Airwatch Mobile Device Management System, Mobile re Cell, Calero and Sentinel One device protection systems.
- Offer and implement suggestions on improving security on mobile devices while maintaining the overall user experience.
- Relationship manager for US Carriers, Mobile re Cell and Calero.
- Manage the mobile refresh project globally.
- Onboard new apps into the Omnissa application.
- Work with service owners and vendors to offer new services to Mastercard employees.
- Implement automation and monitoring solutions for the entire mobile ecosystem.
- Create training documentation, end-user communications and Intranet articles that communicate effectively to our end users.
Requirements:
- Air Watch/Workspace UEM/Omnissa Mobile Device Management experience.
- Experience working with Carriers.
- Ability to look for complementary products or services that enhance end user experience.
- Skilled at explaining technical problems clearly.
- Strong writing and speaking skills to communicate vision and roadmap effectively to stakeholders.
- Proactive in seeking potential solutions to solve problems.
