Position Overview:
Responsible for creating scalable enablement strategies that support the entire partner lifecycle within the EEMEA region, ensuring partners are equipped to effectively sell, implement, and support Master Card products. This role requires in-depth knowledge on key Master Card products under new partner program and be able to pass the knowledge and guide further on partners, and ensure their knowledge is kept upto speed and being applied in real world scenarios.

Key Responsibilities Partner Enablement Strategy & Program Development• Develop and execute comprehensive partner enablement strategies aligned with regional business objectives• Design and work with the Master Card partner teams for a scalable onboarding programs that reduce partner time-to-productivity and accelerate revenue activation• Create partner enablement frameworks addressing both technical integration and commercial go-to-market requirements• Build and manage partner enablement content libraries, including technical documentation and training materials relates to Master Card products and services.
Technical & Commercial Enablement• Develop technical enablement programs guiding partners through Master Card product integration processes• Create technical training curricula covering product functionality, API integration, and implementation best practices• Design commercial enablement programs equipping partners with business case development, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning• Develop sales methodology training and go-to-market playbooks tailored to regional market dynamics• Establish joint business planning processes and quarterly business review frameworks with key partners Cross-Functional Collaboration & Performance Management• Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure partner alignment• Enable internal partner-facing teams with tools and knowledge needed to support external partners effectively• Establish partner enablement KPIs including partner satisfaction, time-to-productivity, and performance improvement indicators• Conduct regular partner capability assessments and implement continuous improvement initiatives• Maintain strong relationships with key partners and serve as primary enablement point of contact Background & Experience Requirements Essential Experience• 5+ years of experience in partner enablement, sales enablement, or partner program management with proven success in scaling enablement programs• Strong background in technical products with ability to translate complex concepts into accessible enablement materials• Experience in commercial enablement including go-to-market strategy development and sales methodology training• Proven track record managing partner relationships at executive level and facilitating strategic business planning• Experience working in complex, matrix organizations with international market experience in EEMEA region Required Skills & Competencies• Exceptional Communication & Training Skills: Ability to convey complex technical and commercial concepts to diverse audiences• Strong Analytical & Data-Driven Mindset: Proficiency in analyzing partner performance data and making data-driven recommendations• Technical Proficiency: Understanding of API integrations, technical documentation, and product implementation• Cross-Functional Leadership: Ability to influence and collaborate across departments without direct authority• Adaptability & Innovation: Thrive in fast-paced environments and evolve enablement approaches based on market dynamics• English fluent communication and Arabic language knowledge is a plus and preferred.
Success Metrics Key Performance Indicators• Partner Time-to-Productivity: Target reduction of 25-30% in time from onboarding to first revenue• Partner Satisfaction Scores: Target Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 70+• Training Completion Rates: 90%+ completion of required enablement programs• Partner Capability Improvement: 20% year-over-year improvement in technical and commercial capabilities• Partner Retention Rates: Focus on reducing churn due to enablement gaps• Enablement Program ROI: Financial return on enablement investments measured through partner performance improvements Reporting Structure Reports to Vice President Channel Sales in EEMEA Region. Requires close collaboration with regional sales leadership, product management, marketing, and customer success teams.
