The Account Management Director is responsible for owning the relevant customer P&L's, driving strategic planning and solution selling for all Mastercard assets including Data & Services, Cyber & Intelligence and Digital solutions through building and broadening our overall relationships at all levels of the company. You will lead business development activities within your segment working with senior/C-level executives to build strong partnerships that support Mastercard's financial and strategic objectives.We are seeking experienced professionals with management consulting, technology sales, banking and/or payments experience that can bring a technical aptitude to strategic problem-solving to address customer challenges and opportunities and drive relationship growth and profitability. This position is ideal for someone who is a collaborative thought leader, has strong project management discipline, has experience deepening relationships, understands financial ecosystem, its competitive landscape and operates proactively.

  • Role• Provide superior strategic account management driven by robust planning - building a deep understanding of customer needs, defining creative solutions to meet those needs, and working effectively across internal functions to bring together the resources required to deliver enhanced value to the customer• Identify and develop new business opportunities (with both existing and new customers) that provide the best potential for future business growth, and appreciable return on financial investments. Qualify opportunities before working with internal product experts & other stakeholders• Support strategically significant organizational initiatives• Work with customers to build an in-depth understanding of their business and a point of view on how Mastercard solutions can address the needs of their business, leveraging internal stakeholders to efficiently move prospect through highly matrixed purchasing cycles• Develop detailed business cases, including financial analysis/modeling, in support of defined initiatives• Negotiate, execute and manage the customer contract agreement process, ensuring global linkage of resources and information sharing• Responsible for setting strategies as it relates to customer accounts and achieving goals that drive market share, volume and revenue growth• Partners with customers to deliver customized solutions and comprehensive consulting support• Responsible for pipeline management at account level• Assists with analysis of customer's business through profitability modeling, financial forecasting and competitive analysis• Executes customer relationships management at all levels• Assists in local projects and cross-functional initiatives All about you• Demonstrated track record of planning, managing and closing complex, competitive sales efforts and delivering results in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency and accuracy• Dynamic, forward-thinking positive team player, adept at engaging and leveraging internal resources to achieve success and contribute to the wider team environment• Ability to manage and grow internal and external cross functional relationships and partnerships with executives at all levels• Sound business judgment with established strategic and conceptual thinking and planning skills• Strong market development/customer engagement skills• Strong project management and communication skills• Analytical proneness for quantitative and qualitative data, and ability to derive meaningful implications and recommendations from assessments• Experience in creating custom analyses, reports and presentations to deliver consultative sales approach• Superior communication, presentation and interpersonal skills are required• Comprehensive experience in executing and managing sales strategies in B2B accounts• Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of Financial Services and Technology• Fluency in ..........................
