Overview:
We are seeking a Director who will operate as a strategic extension of our GBSC marketing enablement function, partnering closely with senior regional and functional leaders to elevate how insights, performance, and strategy are communicated. This role focuses on transforming complex data, analysis, and business context into clear, compelling narratives that inform decision-making, align stakeholders, and demonstrate impact.
The ideal candidate blends analytical rigor, exceptional presentation craft, financial and monetization fluency, and a strong executive presence. This role requires the ability to influence and lead conversations with SVP+ stakeholders, develop strategic frameworks, and articulate insights with clarity, polish, and confidence.

- Translate complex data, performance results, and business insights into crisp, high-impact narratives for executive audiences.
- Design and deliver visually compelling, executive-ready presentations that clearly articulate strategy, performance, risks, and recommendations.
- Act as a trusted thought partner to senior leaders on message architecture, presentation flow, and data-backed storytelling.
- Support leadership forums such as planning cycles, budget discussions, operating reviews, and executive leadership engagements.
- Provide flexible, on-demand narrative and presentation support across priority initiatives, enabling teams to scale impact without duplicating capabilities.
- Champion structured approaches to reporting, insight synthesis, and leadership communication to improve consistency and quality.
- Manage high-visibility executive deliverables with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and strategic alignment.
- Regularly communicate status, risks, and progress of assigned initiatives to senior stakeholders.
All About You:
The ideal candidate for this position should have:
- Demonstrated ability to craft executive‑ready narratives using data, insights, and marketing performance results.
- Experience influencing and presenting to senior executives (SVP/EVP level).
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy, value creation, and an ability to interpret marketing monetization models.
- Expert in designing polished, compelling decks for executive audiences.
- Ability to interpret dashboards, campaign data, ROI models, and performance analytics; comfortable simplifying complexity.
- Ability to connect insights into strategic recommendations and business outcomes.
- Confident communicator who can lead discussions with senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work across functions, time zones, and senior levels.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational ability, and disciplined communication habits.
