Overview:
Global Talent Acquisition caters to Experienced Hiring, Executive Hiring, Campus Hiring and Diversity hiring.
Focusing on university relationships, the Campus Recruiting team works to shape the future of Mastercard through initiatives and programs to attract and hire uniquely talented graduates who will contribute to Mastercard’s success.

Role:
- Event coordination
- Assist the Campus team in planning/organizing/executing the Interns & Full Time hiring Programs. This may include heavy on-boarding, managing logistics for first day orientation, training, social events and speaker series, etc
- Provide on campus support of recruiting activities, scheduling, planning, and logistics
- Sign up for interview and presentation dates via career services
- Book all event logistics (space, room, audio/visual) for campus and in-house events
- Prepare interview schedules and interview packets for campus and in-house interviews
- Coordinate with campus marketing team to request event advertisements and collateral for campus/in-house events
- Track event RSVPs and provide real-time updates to key constituents
- Send confirmation and reminder emails and/or phone calls to candidates and business in advance of events
- Handle sign-in sheets or any other event related housekeeping items following events
- Candidate management
- Ensure candidates create a job connect profile and move candidates through the process in the system
- Update and maintain the candidate information, key spreadsheets, and statistics
- Update recruiting tools with accepts, declines, etc
- Request relocation and sign on checks
- Manage the on boarding process for full-time and interns
- Reporting
- Manage all system data, from new role creation and job description generation, to candidate management, to onboarding of the hire
- Maintain up-to-date school team lists (email distribution list and excel spreadsheet)
- Update budget with all expenses
- Process expenses and sponsorship invoices for designated schools, recruiters, and candidates within one week of an event taking place
- Track all events on the recruiting events excel spreadsheet and calendar
- Run all data tracking statistics (candidate application numbers, event attendance, diversity statistics)
- Responsible for monthly audits on various data systems and ensuring all data is properly captured
- Maintain team Share Point site. This includes but is not limited to managing events calendar, developing, maintaining and enhancing multiple trackers (candidate data, expense data, campus contacts and resources, etc)
