Overview:
The Corporate Solutions business is dedicated to delivering robust B2B payment solutions to Large Market corporates. Corporate Solutions represents a strategic growth priority for Mastercard in Brazil, with a strong focus on fostering adoption of our solutions among large corporations. This role will lead initiatives to engage directly with major enterprises, working closely with our issuing partners to add value to corporate payment processes, address customer needs, and develop the broader commercial payments ecosystem.
Role
In this role, the selected candidate will:
Support Mastercard's engagement with large corporate clients, working in close collaboration with issuers to drive adoption of our Corporate Solutions portfolio.
Identify opportunities to optimize payment processes, introduce innovative solutions, and expand usage across corporate accounts.
Participate in client meetings and presentations, contributing to the development of proposals and business cases.
Collaborate with issuers, corporates, and ecosystem partners to support the implementation of new solutions.
Monitor adoption progress and address any barriers to ensure successful activation and sustained growth.
Work closely with internal teams, such as Products, Sales, and Customer Delivery, to align execution.
Track performance metrics and pipeline activities to support reporting and decision-making.
All About You:
The ideal candidate for this position should:
Have experience in Large Market B2B payments, commercial card solutions, transaction banking, or related areas.
Demonstrate strong relationship management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at C and multiple levels.
Be comfortable participating in commercial discussions and supporting negotiations in partnership with senior executives.
Possess knowledge of corporate payment processes, procurement systems, and B2B payment flows; ERP or platform experience is a plus.
Be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Have strong analytical skills to identify opportunities and track progress against objectives.
Communicate effectively in Portuguese and English, both verbally and in writing.
Hold a bachelor's degree; additional specialization in business, economics, or related fields is desirable.
