Job Summary:
The Program Coordinator supports and manages key operational and programmatic activities for Radiology Physician Operations. This role is responsible for coordinating multiple large-scale initiatives, providing high-level administrative and project support, and ensuring programs are executed efficiently and in alignment with organizational objectives. The Program Coordinator serves as a central point of communication across divisions and contributes to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage multiple large-scale program activities to support operational and strategic goals.

Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure program efficiency and consistency.

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across clinical, operational, and administrative departments.

Monitor program timelines, milestones, and deliverables to support successful project implementation.
-
Assist with planning, execution, and follow-up of initiatives aimed at improving program effectiveness and workflow optimization.

Contribute to reporting, data tracking, and analysis to assess program outcomes and support data-driven decision-making.

Prepare summaries, reports, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders as needed.

Provide guidance, coordination, and support to other team members to promote alignment and accountability.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and support strategic enhancements within the program.

Coordinate and support physician scheduling operations to ensure accurate information and timely updates.

Qualifications & Skills• Experience in program coordination, healthcare administration, or a related role (Radiology or clinical environment preferred).

Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working across multidisciplinary teams.

Proficiency in data tracking, reporting, and basic analysis to support program evaluation.

High attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive, team-oriented approach.

Superior oral and written communications skills.

Excellent organization and project management skills.

Ability to exercise sound judgment with diverse constituents.

Ability to appropriately prioritize tasks and shift focus as priorities change.

Must be able to work independently and complete tasks in a timely manner.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in record-keeping and data entry.

Education High School Diploma or Equivalent required and Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience Administrative or program support experience 3-5 years required
