Job Summary
This is a per diem position for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Hospitalist to join our thriving team at Cooley Dickinson Hospital in Northampton, Massachusetts.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional inpatient care for hospitalized adults, managing a range of acute conditions with a multidisciplinary team approach
- Work closely with a team of physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and subspecialists to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care
- Participate in day and nocturnist shifts as available
- Participate in a collaborative environment that fosters teamwork and a high standard of care
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine/Hospitalist Medicine
Compensation and Benefits
Hourly pay ranges from $137 to $302 per hour/shift, depending on the type and timing of shifts worked. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity.
