We are recruiting for Full-Time and Part-Time CRNAs for various day & evening shifts and schedules. Starting annual pay of $270,000/yr. We are also offering a sign on bonus if $40,000 to welcome you to our team. At Mass Eye and Ear, we don’t just deliver anesthesia—we enable sight-saving, airway-securing, and life-changing surgeries every day. As a nationally ranked specialty hospital affiliated with Harvard, we care for some of the most complex ENT, ophthalmology, and head and neck patients in the world.
We’re looking for full-time and part-time CRNAs who thrive on precision, teamwork, and purpose. The CRNA provides continuous anesthesia assessment, implementation and evaluation of patient care, under the direction of a physician.

Provide general and regional anesthesia for complex ENT and eye surgeries

Manage high-risk airways and unique anatomy with confidence

Collaborate with expert surgical and perioperative teams

Qualifications:
Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing and School of Nurse Anesthesia. Current Massachusetts RN license.
Certification or re-certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist.
Current Massachusetts Board of Nursing Expanded Role Certification.
Good oral and written communication skills and leadership qualities.
ACLS/PALS Certification Preferred: BA or BSN in Nursing Membership in professional nursing organization desired.
