We are seeking talented individuals to join our 2026 Marsh China Early Career & Graduate Program. This role will be based in Beijing. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

2026 Marsh Early Career & Graduate Program

You will learn from and work alongside inspiring colleagues who will mentor and help you develop the skills needed to make a meaningful contribution to our team and the firm. We offer hands on training, exposure to the business and our clients, and opportunities for career development. You will also have access to various internal networks and colleague resource groups, mentorship and development opportunities, all designed to help you build connections and be part of the Marsh Risk community.

We will count on you to:

  • Learn about different types of risks to be able to offer clients with customized risk management solutions.
  • Work together with experienced team members to service our current clients and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Analyze reports to gather useful information and provide insights to clients and colleagues.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Create presentations for clients and potential prospects.
  • Contribute to projects and initiatives.

What do we look for?

  • Recent graduates with Bachelor’s degree or above in any field of study
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills
  • Positive attitude and team player
