Senior Java Developer

We are seeking a Senior Java Developer to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

• Design and development experience with solid knowledge of one or more of the following technologies: Java, JavaScript, Node JS, Spring Application framework, XML, Web Services, REST service, Oracle Revenue Management and Billing, PL/SQL, Github.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to thoroughly understand and analyze business requirements.
• Work closely with the Technical Lead to translate business needs into comprehensive high-level and detailed design specifications.
• Coordinate with Data Analysts to define and document database requirements.
• Support the AES/DBA team in the deployment of applications, ensuring smooth and efficient

What you need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree preferably with a focus in the following disciplines: Computer Science or Information Technology
• Minimum of 5 + years of overall experience.
• Experience of 5 years in Java development
• Experience with working in SQL development
• Proficient in Node.js, Java, Web Services, and RESTful API development.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to creatively solve problems.
• Advanced Level of English is a Must
