We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Full-Stack Developer to join our Innovation Team. In this role, you will play a vital part in designing, developing, and maintaining state-of-the-art web applications. You will work with a diverse group of talented professionals in a dynamic, start-up-like environment, helping to shape the future of digital solutions. This position will be based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania as a hybrid role that has a requirement of working three days a week in the office.

• Operationalise prototypes developed by the Dublin or local AI teams.
• Ensure seamless handover of operationalised prototypes to business technology teams.

• Embrace a lifelong learning mindset, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
• Establish and maintain best practice development frameworks and standards, such as Prompt Engineering.
• Develop practices and guidelines to improve consistency and reuse of solutions.

What you need to have:

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Romanian.
• Basic understanding of AI concepts and be able to talk about a personal or professional project involving AI, including your approach and the reasoning behind it.
• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in a modern frontend framework, ideally React (Vue or Angular are also great).
• Hands-on experience with NestJS / NodeJS or a similar technology stack.
• Experience with or knowledge of Python.
• Strong comprehension of RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques.
• Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• A creative, problem-solving mindset that drives your work.
