We are seeking a talented individual to join Marsh Japan Kansai Office. The role will be based in Osaka. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days in the office.

部署概要：

• 京阪神地区における日系企業のグローバル保険・リスク管理支援を行っています。担当クライアントのニーズ・課題を明確化し、方針をご提案。プロジェクトを完遂するとともに、その後の運営までご支援します。
• クライアントのニーズに応えるため、BCP支援などのリスクエンジニアリングやキャプティブなど、保険仲介以外のサービス提供のために、当社内の他チームとの協業や連携の機会も多くある部署です。
• 業務範囲は幅広くかつ深いものですが、短期間で多くの経験を積むことができ、プロジェクトリーダーとしての役割を担い、権限と責任をもって業務にあたる事で個人として大きな成長が望めます。

We will count on you to (主な業務内容)：

• 企業分野保険（財物・賠償・物流・役員賠償・サイバーなど）の合理化。①現状および中期観点のリスク状況・リスク許容度把握、現行保険手配内容の分析、検証・提案　②クライアントとのゴール設定、保険仕様書作成、保険手配（国内外）③保険プログラム構築後レビュー、改善点把握と次年度更改課題の精査、事故対応
• 企業の保険を中心としたリスクガバナンス強化支援

What you need to have (求める経験・スキル）：

• 社会人経験3年以上 ※今回、若手で今後のポテンシャルのある方を求めています
• 損害保険業界　営業職または営業事務職の経験（企業営業部であれば尚可）
• 基本的なPCスキル（エクセル、ワード、PPTなど）
