Job Description:

Job purpose:

Pioneer and implement M&M’s new business model in China, with a close global partnership.

Responsibility:

  1. Lead M&M'S brand and portfolio management for a new business model:
  • retail store design and construction governance

  • retail portfolio pipeline development

  • retail marketing activity development and instruction

  • retail Visual Management

  • new channel portfolio and activity development

    1. Develop One M&M'S digital(CRM) strategy and experience
  • Fan Club 2.0

  • Omni-channel and retail store system synergy

  • Virtual M&M'S experience

Requirement:

  • 7 + years of experience in retail marketing and brand marketing

  • CRM/digital-related experience is preferred

  • Fluent in English writing and speaking

  • Strong learning agility
