What You’ll Do:

• Represent the M&M'S brand with energy, pride, and excitement.

• Create fun, welcoming, and memorable experiences for every guest.

• Keep the store organized, well-stocked, and running smoothly.

• Support daily operations and assist with inventory.

• Contribute to achieving daily productivity and sales goals.

Who We’re Looking For:

• You are a student, or seeking part-time (20h/week) or full-time (40h/week) employment.

• You have German language skills at B2 level or higher.

• You bring a friendly smile, confident presence, and positive attitude.

• You stay calm and composed even in busy, fast-paced environments.

• You are a team player and easily connect with others.
