10 years FMCG experience, preferably in sales & RTM field.

Good at leading internal changes by riding the external trends like digitalization .

Excellent customer management skill.

Excellent cross function team collaboration skill.

Strong result agility to deliver target.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Regional distributor management, responsible for developing distributor development strategy; taking responsibility for DSR/DSV management; cooperating with NDD and field sales as a team for solution design and deployment
- RTM coverage model upgrade, responsible for developing regional RTM coverage model strategy, pushing RTM tools upgrade and system optimization
- E-RTM model development, responsible for developing regional E-RTM strategy, setting strategic cooperation with important platforms and innovating our current RTM system
- Channel strategy, responsible for developing channel strategy, lead the channel expansion projects
- Team engagement and capability building
