What are we looking for?

  • 10 years FMCG experience, preferably in sales & RTM field.

  • Good at leading internal changes by riding the external trends like digitalization .

  • Excellent customer management skill.

  • Excellent cross function team collaboration skill.

  • Strong result agility to deliver target.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  1. Regional distributor management, responsible for developing distributor development strategy; taking responsibility for DSR/DSV management; cooperating with NDD and field sales as a team for solution design and deployment
  2. RTM coverage model upgrade, responsible for developing regional RTM coverage model strategy, pushing RTM tools upgrade and system optimization
  3. E-RTM model development, responsible for developing regional E-RTM strategy, setting strategic cooperation with important platforms and innovating our current RTM system
  4. Channel strategy, responsible for developing channel strategy, lead the channel expansion projects
  5. Team engagement and capability building
