Job Description:
1、 影响和贡献
(1) 达成库房的运营目标,保证库房运转的可持续性
-
提前了解当班的生产计划,根据生产计划安排三方人员,组织当班的交接班会,对当班运行状态进行交接,确保库房信息的完整流通性。
-
当遇上突发事件时,作为第一负责人,进行分析和处理,对异常事件进行升级汇报。
-
稳定持续供应物料满足生产需求,按计划需求实施成品发货,确保业务流转。
-
支持库房周期性盘点及内外部审计活动,确保当班物料数据的准确性,即账实一致,对盘点差异进行分析、追踪及处理。
(2) 负责当班库房区域的安全和质量等表现
-
熟练掌握库房区域质量和安全的标准,了解库房区域QIP检查项、安全关注点,能针对发现项进行改进,并在整个区域进行沟通。
-
参与每年的劳氏审核、安全审核等,并对当班的表现负责追踪、分析和处理。

从库房角度,支持追溯活动。

变革项目的推动者
(3) 当库房区域出现变更管理时,通常作为当班班组的第一接口人,协调资源支持变革在该班组内的导入。
2、 知识和团队
-
考取所负责区域所有岗位的正式上岗证,带领并培训其所负责区域所有岗位运用最新的标准和操作知识完成库房工作,支持生产。

带领本区域的操作员(包括技术岗三方),合理高效的利用各项资源(包括易耗品、能耗、区域内外的普通岗位三方同事)。

熟悉区域内的工作流程,关键控制点和OPRP点
-
培训所负责区域的同事按照SOP进行正确的操作,清洁、记录的填写,同时验证所培训的SOP在运行过程中的有效性和符合性(包括库房流程,良好操作规范GMP,卫生,安全等),并对有问题的提出建议
3、 岗位要求

具备电脑操作技能,并且能够熟练的使用office软件。
-
适应倒班生活,并能适应周末及节假日加班。

具备叉车技能
