Job Description:

Required working hours for this role are 11pm - 7am. You will be expected to work 5 days per week (usually Monday

• Friday), with the potential for overtime. You will generally work 32-40 hours per week.

Associates for this role will be expecting to work from March to September 2026 with the potential to be extended into a permanent position.

This position pays $20.20 per hour plus a $1.50/hr shift differential.

Job Overview:

Our Temporary Overnight Associates ensures both front of house and back of house areas are well prepared and stocked (neat clean, organized, operational and safe), allowing guests to shop with ease.

This role is responsible for executing the established policies and procedures relating to inventory, replenishment, quality, and all food safety requirements.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• Must be excited to SMILE and work in a fun, fast-paced environment to make every interaction a positively unforgettable experience for our guests while driving daily sales and metrics.

• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.

• Must be 18 years old to apply

• Must have at least 8 months of previous merchandising, stocking and/or warehouse experience.

• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers

• Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities

• Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety, food handling, Quality, Loss Prevention and Emergency procedures

• Ability to work a flexible schedule with overnight hours, including weekends and holidays.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Eligibility for these additional elements depend on the position offered and the employee’s work schedule (i.e., part-time schedule, store associate).
