Job Description:

Standards Implementation and Governance:

• Governance of the Mars QMS and FSSC standards, verified through reviews, a robust internal auditing program and corrective/preventative action process.
• Lead Mars QMS and FSSC standards implementation at site and maintain compliance through externally verified audit. Upskill technical capability with respect to standards for quality professionals and relevant stakeholders.
• To provide technical support to project workstreams of raw material development, engineering detailed design, CVS activities and other requirements.
• Lead compliance on Hygiene/Micro standards, coordinate cleaning and sanitation activities in site and hygiene related small minor projects.
• Drive pest control plan to ensure effective risk management improvement.

Production Line Operation:

• As site HACCP team leader to develop and implement site HACCP plan.
• To be SSE(Site Sterilization Expert)
• Incident Owner (PRIMP) and lead RCA/CAPA using problem solving tools.
• Specify the site verification and testing plan for raw materials, environment and finished goods, management of non-conformances.
• Accountable for visibility of site quality performance in any quality review (Management review, local and regional quality review), and drive Continuous Improvement.
• Ensure change management which may impact quality and food safety in accordance with the Mars Standard through relevant business processes including CM, QES, QuEST.
• Accountable for consumer complaint investigation and analysis for continuous improvement.
• GMP champion project deployment at site.
