What you’ll do

• Develop and maintain site controls aligned to Mars Global Quality Standards, including Material Quality, Allergen Management and GMP/GHP
• Lead the Food Fraud Vulnerability and Allergen Management programs and teams
• Support Operations with troubleshooting, root cause analysis and Q&FS risk assessments as part of Hold & Release
• Partner with R&D on new product launches and major process or recipe changes
• Drive continuous improvement and execute quality projects across the site

What you’ll bring

• A degree in Food Science, Engineering, Chemistry or similar (BSc/MSc preferred)
• Experience in a food manufacturing environment across Quality, Food Safety, Engineering or Product/Process Development
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP/GHP, FSSC22000 and Allergen Management (highly regarded)
• Exposure to Q&FS issue management, standards implementation and internal auditing
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across functions

This is a varied and impactful role where you’ll work closely with multiple teams, grow your capability and help ensure Mars products continue to meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
