Fuel your sales career with purpose. Grow with Royal Canin!
At Royal Canin:
, everything we do is driven by one simple belief: Pets make our world better. Our purpose is to make a better world for pets. As a Veterinary Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in fulfilling that purpose—by connecting with veterinary professionals, building relationships, and helping them make informed, science-based nutrition choices for the pets in their care.
This is more than a sales role — it’s a chance to be part of a global leader in tailored pet nutrition, and to make a meaningful difference in pet health every day. If you're passionate about animal health, love building relationships, and thrive on achieving sales goals, this could be your perfect next step.
What You’ll Be Doing:
-
Drive growth within the South Australia
-
South, and also NT areas by identifying opportunities and executing strategies that expand distribution of Royal Canin veterinary diets.
-
Develop strong relationships with veterinary clinics and key decision-makers, becoming a trusted partner and nutrition advocate.
-
Support clinics in recommending Royal Canin as their primary therapeutic diet—through education, insight, and excellent service.
-
Collaborate with your team and cross-functional partners to share insights, drive regional growth, and deliver exceptional customer value.
-
Attend industry trade shows, company meetings, and events, representing Royal Canin with professionalism and passion.
-
Manage activity reports, expenses, and ad-hoc requests as part of your territory planning and performance tracking.
What We’re Looking For:
-
A Bachelors degree, Cert 4 or Diploma or above; combined with experience in a B2B product-based sales experience, or practice experience with a strong interest in sales.
-
Experience with veterinary or pet health, or a science-based field like pharma is highly desirable.
-
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
-
Strong communication, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills.
-
Strong presentation skills.
What can you expect from Royal Canin?
-
Join a purpose driven company in an exciting period of growth, with premium brands recommended by animal health professionals.
-
Individualised career progression with a focus on you and your career goals. Best-in-class learning and development support from day one, including access to our in-house Mars University.
-
A culture that is collaborative, dynamic, supportive, and fun.
-
A company truly passionate about the health of pets, people and the planet with opportunities to support our community partners- including the RSPCA and Seeing Eye Dogs Australia and Blind & Low Vision Guide Dogs in New Zealand
-
Your loved ones matter, including your pets. We provide complimentary Royal Canin pet food for your cat or dog. Dogs are also welcome in our offices.
