Job Description:

What are we looking for?

  • B.S. or M.S. degree
  • Strong knowledge or experience on new retail O2O business, FMCG industry is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of consumer engagement technologies, experience on content/social media is a plus
  • Strong knowledge on digital-commerce business

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • JDDJ Group & To store platform(Ali pay/Wechat/Tiktok local/Gaode ) management, establish partnership, deliver JBP target and develop category captaincy
  • Explore platform Eco-system Reach-to-Convert Model enabled by mkt collaboration/business model innovation, consumer experience design within platform eco-system by connecting all consumer touchpoints, and lead snacking category development
  • Partner with National customer development & National customer marketing team to design O2O activity calendar, ensure execution and secure offtake delivery
  • Collaborate with brand team to connect consumer reach with O2O shopper traffic via digital contents creation, media resources exchange & occasion building
  • Manage O2O activities status, deploy to KAM & field sales, handle regular business reviews with cross-function team
  • Track and assure all operation and business KPIs met by the activities
