Job Description:

Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a National Account Manager on our confectionery team. What are we looking for?

• Experience in Sales, Marketing, for Fast Moving Consumer Good Industries

• Prior Retail Account Management experience

• Fluent understanding of forecasting, Nielsen and trade management system

• Availability to travel 10% of time

• A valid driver's license and clean driving record

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Delivery of key financial metrics, NSV and TS %

• Be category partner of choice with your account.

• Own customer plan/Joint Business Plan with major Grocery accounts to boost category growth, sales, customer market shares and margin

• Own category account P&L to deliver on target business shape

• Own category and brand execution in-store at account in the context of Perfect Store by

• Delivering the right assortment and NPD meeting target WD levels

• Translating promo playbook into a tailored customer promo plan

• Creating great visibility on shelf, and off shelf (e.g. POI)

• Own Account volume forecast accuracy (baseline, NPD and promo)
