About the role: This role will be working for our Mars Snacking segment, where we keep the sweet treats flowing and create daily moments of joy.

Role Title: Revenue Management Lead

Location: Melbourne, Victoria

Hours & Arrangement:** Full-time. 12 month fixed term contract on a hybrid working arrangement (3 days in office)**

Reporting to: Head of Strategic Revenue Management

What you’ll do:

  • Lead development of portfolio pricing strategy and price-value actions for profitable value and volume growth.

  • Drive development of portfolio Net Price Realization and Product Mix plans at the channel/key customer level.

  • Optimise Portfolio Trade Investment for profitable growth with Customers.

  • Embed SRM pillars across One Demand, with advanced analytics capability

  • Deploy promotional guardrails, and ensure governance of the deployed guardrails

Your unique ingredients:

  • A track record of successfully translating strategies into action and delivering results; comfortable presenting to and engaging with Sr. Leaders or strategic forums simplifying complex Concepts and Strategies.

  • Demonstrated understanding of the strategic & operational impacts of SRM’s choices and decisions across the 5C’s (i.e. Category, Consumer, Customer, Competitor, Company).

  • Direct experience in monitoring & analyzing market pricing and internal brand pricing architectures. Scenario planning direct and indirect portfolio cost pricing changes and the levers that can be used to maximize profit and growth.

  • An understanding of the end to end steps required to deploy SRM strategy changes within a market.

  • Astute commercial and financial skills with excellent organization agility, understanding the impacts of decisions on the P&L, with the ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills and ‘can-do’ attitude with strong influencing & problem solving capabilities; ability to challenge the status quo and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
