What are we looking for?

1、大专及以上学历，5年以上快消行业特殊渠道/新渠道管理经验；
2、熟悉快消品市场，有特殊渠道/新渠道客户资源优先；
3、抗压能力强，果断、拥有必赢与坚韧的心态；
4、具备良好的沟通表达能力、销售数据分析能力和谈判技巧。

What will be your key responsibilities?

1、协助特渠经理完成西北特殊渠道的客户开发和管理工作，协调及跟进各个城市群特渠目标分配及达成

2、管理区域内特渠重点客户，包括油站，喜礼，政企团购，封闭渠道等，同步协调区域执行团队在门店的优异执行，定期生意回顾和分享

3、跨部门协作，协调和指导相关城市群同事，推进特殊渠道业务运行；

4、根据总部和大区的特殊渠道制度、政策、流程和规范，制定全省特殊渠道执行方案，并推动新渠道目标达成。

5、协助跟进特渠计划的落地执行，找到新的增长点
