Job Description:

1.负责市场的管理，完成销售目标，实现市场的可持续增长
2.渠道内的客户谈判，渠道客户开拓，管理费用预算
3.负责经销商的管理工作，确保经销商完成销量及分销目标
4.日常生意操作跟进（生意数据分析，订单物流跟进，费用管理）
5.严格履行公司对于合规的要求，包括但不限于真店、真访、真订单、真执行、真费用、真数据

大专及以上学历，4年以上FMCG销售经验，有冰淇淋或冷冻品等冷链传输经验优先；

有批发/商超/CVS等渠道管理经验；

拥有专业的经销商管理能力，较强的市场判断及数据分析能力；

良好的沟通协调及团队管理能力, 稳定达成业绩
-
强烈的责任心及职业操守，善于在压力下开展工作。
