Job Description:
产品：玛氏休闲食品旗下品牌，如绿箭、益达、德芙、士力架、MM豆、脆香米、彩虹糖等
工作内容：
- 挖掘玛氏休闲食品在江西省内特渠机会点和合作机会, 如油站、婚庆、交通枢纽、婚庆、封闭渠道等；
- 配合公司销售指标制定合作方案，推动合作落地；
- 负责辖下销售预测、制定销售计划，确保销售目标达成;
- 分析和洞察外部市场趋势及客户痛点，基于客户需求推动内部跨部门合作，如联合产品、供应链团队为客户定制一体化方案，跟进订单、物流及售后全流程，保障合作体验；
- 和区域销售同事密切合作;
任职要求：
- 大专及以上学历，6年以上FMCG销售经验，有特渠客户/开发客户经验优先
- 拥有专业的销售/谈判技巧，较强的市场判断及数据分析能力
- 良好的跨部门沟通协调能力
- 市场洞察能力
- 积极正向，拥有较强的学习能力，能快速融入团队
- 强烈的责任心及职业操守，善于在压力下开展工作
- 能适应省内出差
