Mars Leadership Experience – Supply

Overview:

· The Mars Leadership Experience (MLE) in supply is our signature program, designed to help graduates achieve their vision of becoming technical or people leaders. As part of the program, you will be encouraged to innovate new ways for engineering, pushing forward innovative ideas and leading technically complex projects for Mars Thailand Pet Nutrition

A day in the life of an Associate:

What you will get:

• 2-year experience in MLE program

• 2 rotations in Supply function

• 2 years of stretch assignments

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering fields.

• 0-3 years of experience

• Proficiency in English

• Ability to build great leadership skills as well as develop technical capabilities

• Have a passion to lead and a love of engineering.

• Cognitive skills, and strong academic knowledge, aspiration to do people leader roles
