Talent Acquisition Partner (12 month fixed-term contract)

Hybrid working (up to 50%)

Location: Warsaw

Join Mars as Talent Acquisition Partner. The vision for the Talent Acquisition team is responsible for attracting, engaging and acquiring the right talent to enable sustainable business growth by building a robust Leadership Pipeline. The Talent Acquisition Partner will manage full life cycle recruiting for Mars business for roles within the organization and is responsible for ensuring that Mars attracts and selects high-performing, high potential and diverse associates who will drive the business forward.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Partnering senior stakeholders, establishing recruitment strategies and ways of working in attracting diverse candidates with the right skills and capabilities to ensure Mars short and long-term business objectives.

  • Actively manage the recruitment.

  • Continuously build an external talent pipeline incl. proactive sourcing.

  • Serve as Mars ambassador, guardian of caliber, diversity and candidate experience.

  • Leverage knowledge of best practices and capabilities of internal and external recruiters to manage the acquisition of diverse talents.

  • Hiring managers’ education.

  • In addition to recruitment and selection, you can take part in many regional activities like technology implementation and continuous improvement.

What are we looking for?

  • 2+ years minimum proven track of successes in leading the end-to-end process with senior leaders and senior level candidates - key requirement.

  • Experience in recruiting for complex and fast paced environment.

  • Proven Sourcing Skills.

  • Solid understanding of different interviewing techniques and assessment methods

  • Ability to handle and maintain confidential and sensitive information.

  • Ability to write and speak fluent English and Polish - must have in the role due to.

  • Polish market specificity.

  • University degree.

  • Learning agility.
