The MFLE programme is a three-year traineeship consisting of three 12-month rotations. These rotations offer you a diverse range of experiences in different facets of our organisation. Immerse yourself in areas such as supply finance, market finance, financial control or digital. And after your traineeship?

Our MFLE alumni lead companies in various sectors as CFOs and Finance Strategic Leaders. This programme gives you the chance to grow into one of our future finance leaders. After 3 years, you will be a versatile Finance Business Partner, well on your way to taking on a strategic role within our Finance organisation or becoming a Finance Manager with your own team.

• You'll have obtained a master degree in finance-related discipline graduating by September 2026 or graduated within last 2 years
• You have high ambition and to become a finance director.
• You have strong analytical skills and a deep interest in finance.

• You are fluent in German and English.
