1.按照生产计划，配合粉碎操作工组织生产2.控制在线的质量，损耗，确保完成生产任务,按照质量要求，协助完成粉碎区域的清洁工作
3.使用合适的工具分析问题，找到根本原因，并解决问题
4.在日常工作中发现机会点，推动班组绩效提升
5.按照工艺控制标准，对关键工艺控制参数进行点检、领导和保证生产工艺保持稳定运行状态等
