This is a part-time position, where you work approximately 15-20 hours per week.

Are you passionate about communication, culture and external relations, and excited to gain hands-on experience in Corporate Affairs within a leading global FMCG company? Mars Snacking is looking for a student to join our Nordics Corporate Affairs team supporting Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland, and help shape our internal and external communication key stakeholders.

The role entails plenty of personal responsibility, varied tasks and broad exposure in the organisation. To be successful in this, we are looking for someone with drive, curiosity, attention to detail, solution oriented, and willingness to learn and develop.

What will be your key responsibilities?

You will provide a mix of content development and administrative support and work closely with our Nordics CA Manager and cluster colleagues. Tasks will include:

  • Scanning media and issue monitoring and preparing internal briefs.

  • Contributing to content creation in business presentations, press releases, social media, customer meetings.

  • Supporting on admin in budgeting, reporting and events.

  • Other stimulating and challenging tasks based on your seniority and development areas, such as driving engagement activities and executing on larger external projects. ​

What are we looking for?

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Communication, Business Administration, or a related field, preferably graduating in 2028 or later.

  • A driven and curious student, with good attention to detail, solution oriented, and willing to learn and develop.

  • Content creation skills within storytelling or design skills are a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is needed.

  • Fluent in a Nordic language and English.
