Business Excellence Manager (f/m/x)

Mars Petcare, Sales Operations

Location: Warsaw

hybrid job up to 50%

This role is pivotal in enabling data-driven decision-making, ensuring data accuracy, and providing strategic insights to boost sales growth and operational efficiency. You’ll collaborate with key stakeholders and lead a team focused on enhancing our sales support systems and reporting capabilities.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Analyze sales data trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks

• Collaborate with Sales Leadership, SRM, Category, and Finance teams to translate business needs into system and reporting solutions

• Lead the team managing and developing sales support systems tailored to the Polish market

• Oversee the design and continuous improvement of dashboards, KPIs, and analytical reports

• Deliver clear, evidence-based recommendations to the Sales Leadership Team

• Close collaboration with Digital Technologies Team

What are we looking for?

• Degree in Quantitative Methods, Finance, Management, or Economics

• Experience as a Business Development Manager, SRM Manager, or Category Manager in FMCG

• Experience in project management

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

• Proven leadership and project management experience
