Key Responsibilities/职位描述
负责南充市南部县综合渠道产品销售与门店维护工作
1，大专以上学历；
2，2年以上快速消费品行业销售经验,熟悉郊县渠道运作模式；
3，具备良好的销售、谈判技巧；
4，有较强的市场判断及数据分析能力；具备优秀的政策执行能力；
5.积极主动, 善于在压力下开展工作。
结果指标要求：
1，达成进销存目标，达成KPI指标；
2，制定负责门店的拜访/陈列/理货/合同执行/促销计划和具体 方案，定期回顾与改进，达成各渠道分销陈列指标；
3，管理分销商、批发商及重点客户等相关工作；
4，监督负责所属渠道的零售价格，维护合理的价格体系；
5，与客户建立良好的客情关系，获得客户的信任及支持。
