Job Description:

The Data Driven Marketing Head leads the digital and data transformation agenda for Mars Pet Nutrition Mexico, enabling an integrated ecosystem that supports smarter, more efficient, and growth‑oriented marketing decisions. This role is responsible for building and scaling DDM capabilities, data governance, performance media, and digital content, ensuring that technologies, platforms, processes, and teams operate cohesively to drive personalization, investment optimization, and continuous improvement in the pet parent experience.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience in media, digital transformation, or marketing technology leadership roles.
  • Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and leading digital ecosystem development.
  • Deep understanding of data governance, compliance models, and performance optimization.
  • Experience managing agencies and external partners.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • MCG experience preferred; English fluency required.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Define the strategic DDM vision and roadmap for the market, aligned with regional and global strategies.
  • Own and oversee the Digital & Data ecosystem, ensuring performance, governance, auditability, compliance, and scalability.
  • Lead and develop the DDM team consisting of Media Manager, Content & Social Media Manager, and Digital & Data Manager.
  • Supervise end‑to‑end media strategy across programmatic, search, social, and retail media, ensuring optimization and measurement.
  • Ensure strong content governance, asset management, and digital experience consistency across platforms.
  • Drive integration and alignment across Marketing, CMI, e Commerce, IT, Data Strategy, agencies, and regional/global partners.
  • Manage the DDM budget and ensure investment prioritization and efficiency.
