As we continue to expand our logistics presence in Denmark, we are looking for a dedicated Shift Leader to support the operation at our modern warehouse facility in Taulov, Fredericia.

In this role, you will be an essential part of our daily warehouse execution. You will lead and coordinate a team of warehouse colleagues on your shift, ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality operations that meet both customer expectations and Maersk standards. As the primary decision-maker on the shop floor, you will ensure stability, clarity, and alignment across your team while working closely with the Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Lead with purpose

• Supervise and guide your shift team, including permanent and temporary employees.
• Allocate tasks, ensure proper training, and create clarity throughout the shift.
• Foster an inclusive, engaging, and safety‑focused environment where people can perform and grow.

Deliver operational excellence

• Oversee inbound, outbound, picking, and storage activities to ensure accuracy, flow, and consistency.
• Monitor KPIs and daily performance against customer and Maersk expectations.
• Ensure compliance with operational SOPs, safety standards, and legal requirements.

Drive continuous improvement

• Support the implementation of new processes, work instructions, and operational standards.
• Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to Lean, 5S, and CI initiatives.
• Lead or participate in workgroups that strengthen safety, productivity, and employee engagement.

Who We Are Looking For

You bring strong leadership skills and thrive in an environment where teamwork, safety, and operational quality are essential. You have:

• Several years of experience in a supervisory, team leader, or shift leader role within warehousing, logistics, or production.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams, including temporary workforce.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to create clarity and alignment across the shift.
• A proactive, hands‑on mindset with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, constantly changing environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts (including nights, weekends, and public holidays if required).
• Solid IT skills, including WMS systems and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Proficiency in English; Danish is an advantage.
