Du übernimmst Verantwortung für die Organisation, Überwachung und Dokumentation des Warenflusses – und hilfst uns so, unser Versprechen von Zuverlässigkeit und Exzellenz jeden Tag aufs Neue zu erfüllen.
Deine Aufgaben
- Eigenständige Abwicklung aller Ein- und Ausgänge von Waren, inklusive Dokumentation und Fahrerabfertigung
- Verantwortung für das Besuchermanagement gemäß interner Richtlinien
- Planung, Koordination und Überwachung von Ein- und Auslagerungsprozessen, um termingerechte Abläufe sicherzustellen
- Sorgfältige Erstellung von Transport- und Lieferdokumenten unter Einhaltung aller Vorschriften
- Bearbeitung von Lieferabrufen unter Berücksichtigung der Materialversorgung und Produktionsanforderungen
- Durchführung von Zollabwicklungen, insbesondere im Bereich Zolllager
- Unterstützung der Bestandsführung und Verwaltung von Warenbewegungen
- Sicherstellung hoher Standards in Bezug auf Compliance und Dokumentationsgenauigkeit
Das bringst du mit
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung im Bereich Spedition, Logistik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung in der operativen Logistik (z. B. Lager, Versand oder Supply Chain)
- Kenntnisse im Zollwesen und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Zolllagerprozessen sind von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in der Warenverteilung, Disposition und Transportkoordination
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Erfahrung mit Cargo Wise oder einem ähnlichen Lagerverwaltungssystem ist ein Plus
- Kunden- und qualitätsorientierte Denkweise
- Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit Hands-on-Mentalität
- Hervorragende organisatorische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Teamgeist und Zuverlässigkeit
Are you passionate about keeping things moving and making sure everything runs like clockwork? As a Logistics Operations Associate, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that our logistics processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in full compliance with all internal and external regulations.
You’ll take ownership of organizing, monitoring, and documenting the flow of goods – helping us deliver on our promise of reliability and excellence every single day.
What You’ll Do
- Manage all inbound and outbound goods independently, including documentation and driver coordination
- Oversee visitor management in line with internal guidelines
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure on-time operations
- Prepare transport and delivery documents accurately and in compliance with regulations
- Handle delivery call-offs, keeping material supply and production needs in balance
- Carry out customs clearance procedures, especially within bonded warehouse operations
- Support inventory management and ensure accurate goods administration
- Maintain high standards of compliance and documentation accuracy
What You Bring
- Completed vocational training in freight forwarding, logistics, or a comparable field
- Professional experience in operational logistics (warehouse, shipping, or supply chain)
- Knowledge of customs regulations and bonded warehouse processes is a plus
- Experience in goods distribution, scheduling, and transport coordination
- Fluent German and business-level English skills
- Confident use of MS Office; experience with Cargo Wise or similar WMS is an advantage
- A customer- and quality-focused mindset
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working with a hands-on attitude
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- A true team player who values reliability and collaboration
