Vi søker ferievikarer som Customs Process Administrators

Vi søker etter ferievikarer til vårt Back Office kontor i Halden og Front Office kontor på Svinesund.

Vi ser etter deg som er over 18 år, som har gode språkkunnskaper og liker administrativt arbeid. Å jobbe med oss innebærer hovedsakelig å skrive tolldokumenter for våre kunder ved import og eksport.

Vi leter etter deg som vil ha et variert og utviklende arbeid. Du er serviceorientert og har evnen til å løse kundens oppdrag raskt, nøyaktig og på en hyggelig måte.

Som ansatt hos oss blir du en del av et internasjonalt selskap som tilbyr et stimulerende arbeid og et positivt arbeidsmiljø.

Vi søker etter deg som har:

  • Erfaring fra bransjen eller annen arbeidslivserfaring, samt avsluttet og bestått videregående utdannelse
  • Positiv innstilling og evne til å skape gode kunderelasjoner
  • Gode språkkunnskaper. Hovedsakelig norsk og engelsk, både skriftlig og muntlig
  • Høy servicefølelse og er løsningsorientert
  • Lett for å jobbe i team, men også har gode evner til å jobbe selvstendig

Arbeidstidene vil være normal arbeidstid (0800-2030) eller skiftarbeid.
