🛠️ Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage end‑to‑end crossborder operations, including forecasting, capacity sourcing, scheduling, and proactive tracking.

  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors, carriers, customers, and internal teams.

  • Ensure full visibility of shipment status and resolve operational issues promptly.

  • Handle administrative tasks such as on‑time billing, shipment closure, and dispute resolution.

  • Provide consistent and timely communication with customers and partners in both English and Spanish.

  • Proven experience in crossborder operations (mandatory).

  • Background in freight forwarding or logistics companies.

  • Advanced English level for daily communication with U.S.-based customers, providers, and peers.

  • Strong understanding of carrier management, shipment visibility tools, forecasting, and administrative closing.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills.

  • Strong organization and time‑management capabilities.
