Key Responsibilities

Build a very good understanding of customers and market

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships

Provide solutions for customer issues and act as voice of customer in the organization
-
Act and communicate proactively whilst keeping customers informed of relevant topics
-
Take an active role in internal as well as external customer meetings together with Sales Specialists/Operations etc.
-
Uncover upselling and cross-selling opportunities which will be of value to our customers
-
Coordinate closely with other teams to ensure that agreed turn times are achieved for customer requests
-
Address root causes and seek improvement opportunities on daily tasks/responsibilities
We are looking for

Strong problem-solving skills
-
Experience in Logistics/Ocean transport, as well as experience with a WMS would be an asset
-
Proficiency in both written and verbal English

Motivated and enthusiastic person with a can-do attitude and a passion for solving complex issues

Customer-first mindset: Build relationships, understand needs, and create mutually beneficial solutions
-
Stakeholder management: Effectively manage stakeholders, resolve conflicts, and influence without authority

Availability to work from our warehouse in Maasvlakte

The successful candidate is expected to be on site at our warehouse in Maasvlakte at least 2 days per week.
