As part of this, our warehouse operations in Taulov continue to grow, and we are now looking for a dedicated Operations Planner to join our team and help ensure smooth, efficient, and well‑coordinated daily operations.

About the role

As an Operations Planner, you will play a key role in managing and coordinating the daily flow of goods and activities within the warehouse. You will work closely with colleagues across operations, supporting optimal planning, gate management, and driver coordination.

You will be based at the driver dock at the front of the warehouse - the heart of our inbound and outbound flow - ensuring that all activities are planned, communicated, and executed in a timely and efficient manner.

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Plan, coordinate, and optimize daily warehouse activities to ensure smooth operational flow
• Act as first point of contact for drivers arriving at the site and handle arrival/dock management
• Maintain accurate scheduling of inbound and outbound operations
• Monitor and adjust plans as operational needs evolve throughout the day
• Collaborate closely with warehouse teams to ensure alignment on tasks and priorities
• Support continuous improvement by identifying operational bottlenecks and proposing solutions
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards

Who we are looking for

We imagine you bring:

• Experience from logistics, warehousing, transport planning, or a similar operational role
• Strong coordination and organizational skills
• The ability to maintain overview, even during busy periods
• A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of the daily flow
• Clear and confident communication skills, especially when interacting with drivers and operational teams
• Comfort working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same
• Fluency in Danish and English

If you have experience working with gate management, driver coordination, or operational planning, it will be an advantage - but we also welcome candidates with the right attitude, motivation, and eagerness to learn.
