📍 Work Location:
VSIP 2 Industrial Park, Binh Duong – Maersk Contract Logistics (No shuttle bus service)
🔹 Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the issuance of PPE, uniforms, access cards, and essential work materials (stationery, consumables, etc.).
- Support vehicle booking, meeting room booking, administrative tasks, and internal events.
- Handle purchasing of materials, create PR/PO, and follow up on payments.
- Monitor operational expenses; conduct scrap weighing and coordinate reconciliation with vendors.
- Supervise vendor performance and support internal audits.
🔹 Requirements:
- College/Associate’s degree or above.
- At least 1 year of experience in administration/office work.
- Basic English skills (email writing, reading and simple communication).
- Proficient in Excel & MS Office.
- Honest, detail-oriented, and proactive at work.
